First of all thanks a lot for your mails and interest in my blog.
That is the reason why this blog is coming back to life.
My top three reasons to stop blogging last year..
- # 3 I was really sick for a couple of months..
- #2 I was planning the biggest event of my life so far..
- #1 The most important one- Siba Ads picked my artwork from my "Shree Ganeshaya Namah"post and used it for the following full page ad (30th August 2009) in Hindustan Times Cafe:
I end all my blog posts with this line "Feel free to use it as your desktop wallpaper, contact me if you wish to use it for commercial purposes. "
Siba Ads cut off my copyright line and used the artwork for commercial purposes without seeking my permission or paying me for it.

Please note that I choose to share my artwork with everyone, however I do not give anyone the right to use it commercially unless the artwork is paid for.All the artwork on this blog is copyrighted. And I reserve the rights to all the images.

Hey im an artist myself who ran into a similar situation with Kotak Insurance who used my artwork without my permission. Could you tell me how you went about dealing with it? I would really appreciate if you could mailme at vidhu@pixelputra.com
